Star Trekk is a 10k sponsored night walk which takes place on Friday 6th May 2022 around Southport. Since Star Trekk began 16 years ago our wonderful trekkers have raised over £870,000.00. The walk starts at 7.30pm

Visit the charity's profileThe last two years have been challenging for us all during the pandemic and for Queenscourt, the effects of Coronavirus have meant that we have had to cancel many in-person fundraising events.
Every single penny really does count, and by supporting Star Trekk, one of our key fundraising events, you will be helping #teamqueenscourt to continue providing exceptional palliative care for local people across West Lancashire, Formby and Southport, when they need us the most.
For example, £30 of sponsorship could help provide over an hour of essential nursing care for our patients.
In the last year alone, we have supported nearly 2000 people across all of our services, and in order to continue providing compassionate care, #teamqueenscourt needs your help more than ever.

Tom told us about his Dad, Graham, whose care by #teamqueenscourt made a positive difference to both of their lives.
The staff could not be more helpful with big smiles on their faces at all times despite the circumstances. The level of care Dad received was second to none which made that short time much easier for him. He got admitted to the hospice on his birthday and at short notice the staff went and got him a birthday cake and all sang to him to keep spirits high. I cannot speak highly enough of this place and the importance to myself and many others in our community
