Story
At Refuweegee, we embody our values. So far, holding our principles this year has cost us £40,000.
We won’t take funds from those who also fund active conflict. This position has meant we’ve parted ways with some organisations.
Our vocal passion for peace has lost us support from two Glasgow schools who were fundraising for us but who now don’t want to be too close to our loud denouncement of war.
Principles are costly but we’ll never stop doing what we believe is right – showing up, helping out and standing up.
Please stand with us.
