We are fundraising to improve the playground facilities for the children at SS Mary and John Primary School - starting with replacing 'The Nest' climbing frame that had to be taken down 3 years ago in the Key Stage 2 playground. Unfortunately the council is unable to fund any of this project, so we're relying on the help and generosity of our friends, family and community to give the children the best possible outdoor facilities to play, learn and grow. 2022 is the year to make it happen so we've launched 'Playground Challenge 22'.

Playground Challenge 22 is our fundraising JustGiving initiative. We launch it on 22.2.22. We are asking people to either make a direct donation or to set their own fundraising event based on the number 22. It could be a family challenge, solo or one you do with siblings. A great half term focus - blitz it in 22 minutes, hours or days if you like but it will be open to continue until the summer holidays, which happens to be 22 (ish) weeks away!

What will your personal sponsored challenge will be?

Will you ....

- run / walk / swim / cycle 22kms?

- bake 22 cakes to donate to charity?

- play a concert of 22 pieces of music you've learnt?

- read for 22 minutes everyday for 22 days without fail

- do 22 starjumps

- draw 22 portraits and give them the people as a surprise

- walk 22 different dogs to help out
