During October were inviting you, your family, friends and colleagues to take on our Marathon in a Month Challenge and help us care for patients and their loved ones across Worcestershire who need us during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Whether you run, walk, jog, cycle or scoot - your challenge is to complete a distance of 26.2 miles over the course of October!
You could do this by doing under a mile a day or smashing it in a weekend - the choice is your and the challenge is on.
