Story

This spring, we warmly invite you to join us for a meaningful walk with your family, friends, siblings, or even your mum and dad, to help raise awareness and essential funds for Mind in Kingston, a charity dedicated to supporting mental health across our local community.

As you walk, take the opportunity to talk about mental health with those around you – whether it’s with friends, family, or loved ones. Opening up these conversations can be incredibly powerful in breaking the stigma surrounding mental health, and together, we can help create a more supportive and understanding environment for those who need it most.

Your participation will directly contribute to funding the vital services and projects that provide much-needed support to individuals facing mental health challenges in Kingston and the surrounding areas. With your help, we can ensure that more people have access to the care, guidance, and resources they need to improve their mental wellbeing.

Whether you're walking in memory of someone, for a loved one, or simply to show your support, your involvement will make a real difference. Let’s come together as a community this spring, share our stories, and help make a lasting impact on the lives of those in need.

Join us on Saturday, 22nd of March, for a meaningful walk in the beautiful Richmond Park. For details on the event please visit (landing page ____ ) or contact info@mindinkingston.org.uk
