A strong Surgical Program is the cornerstone of our hospital, and a key support to our regional programs, with 25% of our surgeries being performed on cancer and 18% on cardiac patients respectively. Our Surgical Program is renowned for performing innovative procedures that provide precision care with less risk and quicker recovery times for patients, for the best possible outcomes. Thousands of patients undergo surgery at Southlake every year, but our surgical and anesthesia teams are in critical need of upgraded equipment to replace aging tools across the department.
