More than 160,000 patients have benefited from the expertise of Southlake's Regional Cardiac Care Program since its inception in 2003 (over 10,000 each year). Today, the program is known for performing a long list of first-ever procedures to treat heart conditions and heart rhythm disturbances. More than 1.5 million residents rely on Southlake for advanced and emergency cardiac care when every second counts, from across York Region, South Simcoe County, Dufferin County, and as far north as Muskoka.
