Sober Spring

Sober Spring, sponsored by UNLTD., is your three-month break from alcohol (20 March to 20 June 2023). This is the perfect follow up to Dry January, your chance to try out a longer period alcohol-free, and break habits that don't make you happy once and for all.

Take on the Sober Spring challenge and fundraise to support Alcohol Change UK, together we can reduce the harm case by alcohol.
