Staying Put is a charity in Bradford supporting survivors of domestic abuse & sexual violence, with mission to provide quality services & remove barriers to seeking help. We listen to survivors & act to protect them.

Story

This Christmas, Staying Put is asking the generous people of Bradford to donate £2 to their ‘Small Change, Big Difference’ campaign.

Launching their campaign to coincide with 16 Days of Activism, the domestic abuse and sexual violence charity is hoping to raise £100,000 which will help them to continue their vital life changing and life-saving work.

In Bradford, there are 43 incidents of domestic abuse every day, whilst 1 in 4 women and 1 in 8 men have been raped or sexually assaulted as an adult.

Your donation of £2 will be used to support people experiencing domestic abuse- whether that’s through support from our phone line, support from our dedicated IDVAs and or providing support through our refuges, relocation to a new home, help with work and training and much more.
