Sleeping Beauty Pilot Grant Scheme
This is a pilot scheme to give a small number of 100% grants to get unplayable and borderline-playable organs back into regular use by paying for expert organ builders to do minor repairs.

Pipe Up has discovered that many of Britain's organs are unplayable, not because of major faults, but because of easily-fixable issues that will only take a day or two of expert attention to put right.
We call these "sleeping beauties". Pipe Up founders George Allan and Martin Renshaw recently got an organ working...after 30 years of disuse, after four hours' work, costing nothing.
Sometimes, the church concerned hasn't got the expertise to get the right help, or can't justify spending money on an organ that hasn't been heard for a long time.
With your help, we could find out if small, 100% grants can bring back to life a selection of such sleeping beauties so that they can be played and appreciated once more!
