Stanmore Jafferys Cycling are pleased to hold our annual flagship event, the Cycling Sportive for WF-AID's Ali Asghar Water Appeal. Starting at the heart of Stanmore, at our Hujjat Islamic Centre, the route passes some stunning landmarks through London, Surrey and Berkshire and offers arguably some of the best sights of any UK cycle ride including Hampton Court Palace via Buckingham Palace and ending back at the Hujjat Islamic Centre. With a fully supported 63 mile (100K) loop for men and Under-16's, the experience is suitable for riders of all ages and ability.

Stanmore Jafferys Running are pleased to hold a ladies 10km walk/run for WF AIDs Ali Asghar Water Appeal which facilitates life changing global water projects. Starting at our Hujjat Islamic Centre after Zohr Salaa, we will be walking/running a loop of 10k which will end back at Hujjat. The initiative is suitable for ladies age 16+.

Last year we held our second Sportive and as a community successfully raised over £100,000 for WF-AIDs flagship Ali Asghar Water Appeal to bring life-changing sustainable WASH (water, sanitation, and hygiene) initiatives to those who are less fortunate than we are and whose only hope is our generosity. Once again, we rose to the challenge and affected humanity in so many ways in #makingadifferencetogether by #givingthroughsport. We are humbly asking you again to #HelpUsHelpHumanity

Our primary purpose is geared towards making this world a better place through our love for cycling, running & walking. There is no better way to making a difference together than to help raise funds for WF-AIDs life changing projects through your donations and fundraising. All funds collected as part of this campaign will be dedicated to specifically selected projects that have a high impact upon the beneficiaries where there is a severe shortage or absence of key facilities such as clean drinking water and other life-essential initiatives. The absence of such facilities have led to an exponential surge in diseases and ill health amongst the population.
