Story
Hello, wonderful supporters!
We're reaching out to you with an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of 40 young girls in Islington as part of our She Is Supported (SIS) Project. We have organised a special residential trip exclusively for girls, to Hindleap Warren Outdoor Activity Centre packed with thrilling activities like zip-lining, well-being workshops, and muddy obstacle courses. This trip promises to be a transformative experience, fostering confidence, teamwork, and unforgettable memories.
However, we need your help to make it happen! We're aiming to raise funds to cover the train travel expenses for our girls, amounting to £604.20. For many of these girls, this trip will be their first chance to explore beyond their immediate surroundings and embark on an adventure they'll never forget.
Your support can make a world of difference. By contributing, you'll be enabling these girls to access opportunities for growth, learning, and fun that they might not otherwise have. Every penny counts and brings us closer to our goal.
Here's how your donation can help:
£15: 1 young persons journey
We believe in the power of community and collective support. Together, we can empower these young girls to step out of their comfort zones, embrace new challenges, and build lasting friendships.
We hope to use rail cards to bring down the price of the travel and anything left over will go towards welcome packs with goodies such as sweets, essential oil sleep sprays and cards with helpful tips on well-being and mindfulness.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for considering our cause and for your willingness to support the next generation of strong, adventurous, and resilient young women. Let's make this trip one they'll cherish forever!
With gratitude,
