Story
If like Christine and James youve been shielding since March 2020, our current fundraising campaign can help put a smile back on your face and on the faces of your loved ones.
Its so simple yet so special. All you have to do is donate then click here to send us a message with your chosen song, who its for, and any other information you want to include. You will be asked for your email address when submitting your request, this is so we can send you your song and/or contact you if there is a problem with your request. One of our two fabulous professional singers will then record your personalised song and send it back for you to give to that special person in your life. Our generous pro singers are donating their time to help us raise much-needed funds to develop Skiggle's services and ensure they stay completely free for people to access as and when they need help and support.
More used to performing at venues like the Edinburgh Festival and the Notre Dame in Paris, our professional singers, Juliet and Aidan will attune their vocal chords to anything from Disney favourites to classical tunes and current chart hits. There's even been a quirky" I want a hippopotamus for Christmas" for Skiggle co-founder Christine's son, James. Nothing is off limits, but if you want some inspiration, take a look at our sample song books below.
What will you choose? Request your song today, then just sit back, relax and enjoy your personalised performance.
Please note that if you are donating to our fundraiser for a song, please DO NOT select "add Gift Aid" to your donation as you are receiving something for your donation (Gift Aid regulations).
Thank you. Christine and Helen xx

(Please note that the range of Musical Theatre and Disney classics for Aidan and Juliet to choose from is so vast our songbook does not list anything specific, but they are open to suggestions and will try to accommodate any request).
About Skiggle
Skiggle is an innovative charity, which comes to the aid of people within the disability community when they really need it most. Working in two key ways, Skiggle operates a unique 24/7 SOS alert service as well as running an online marketplace for people to safely donate and distribute specialist care products and equipment. Just imagine you're away from home and your disabled child's feeding tube broke or if you forgot to pack the feed they need to live. You cant just go to the supermarket for a replacement, but by using Skiggle's free SOS alert service, someone can come to your aid no matter where you are in the country. Put simply, Skiggle is a rescue service for the disabled world. In the last nine months, demand for Skiggle's services and movement of products on the marketplace has risen by more than 40 per cent. We urgently need to raise more funds to cover the increasing costs of our alert service and to grow the range of products and services offered. Every penny from this fundraiser will go directly back into the charity to help people with disabilities and their families live full lives.
Life comes before the disability.
