Story
Our Signs of Possibility campaign took over NYC and Boston this year and helped show families the types of chairs that are out there. Will you help us provide these future chairs for families in need?
While we take mobility for granted, we often overlook how crucial the right adaptive wheelchairs are for helping future para-athletes achieve their dreams. These chairs do more than prevent secondary injuries—they empower kids to be independent, play sports, and pursue their dreams.
Insurance doesn't cover the cost of these chairs which can go up to thousands of dollars. And that's why many families don't end up enrolling their kids in adaptive sports programs. JDJ helps close the gap.
Only when we see and understand the difference, can we make a difference.
With this in mind, we launched a campaign called "Signs of Possibility," re-imagining standard accessible icons into signs of hope, to help kids re-imagine their future.
For individuals with disabilities, wheelchairs are like their legs. With the eyes of the world on Paralympics, we hope that every budding para-athlete who aspires to someday be on our screens, isn't held back because they don't have the equipment they need.
The campaign went live in NYC and Boston on LINK screens, JCDecaux bus shelters, subway turnstiles, restaurants, screens at Brookfield Place and The Dan Patrick Show.
