Most of all, your support is changing the lives of our collegiate brothers. The leadership, wellness, and mental health programs that we provide for collegians provide a foundation for their success in college and during their lifetime. You are helping to build the men that will lead our companies, communities, and our nation.
What are the benefits and levels of the Black and Gold Society?
When you join the Black & Gold Society, you become an active part of Sigma Nu's pursuit of "Excelling with Honor" by providing resources to protect, strengthen and advance our Fraternity.
Member Level: $1,000 (or $84/month) to $2,499
As a Black & Gold Society Member, you will enjoy: Quarterly updates from the Regent of the Fraternity or the Executive Director of Sigma Nu Fraternity to share important news about the Fraternity's programs, people, and progress.
-Flash Updates about the Fraternity's successes and key initiative during the year
-Invitation to one free webinar each year with notable Sigma Nu alumnus
-A special annual update on the Fraternity's Strategic Plan by Sigma Nu Fraternity leadership
-Recognition as a Black & Gold Society member in our annual Honor Roll of Donors, on the Sigma Nu Educational Foundation webpage and in THE DELTA alumni magazine
-Opportunities to have your story featured in Sigma Nu publications, online, and in printed donor rosters
-Invitation to a special Black and Gold Society reception at Sigma Nu's Grand Chapter, held in the summer every two years
Bronze Level: $2,500-$4,999
Benefits at the Member level plus: Black & Gold Society members who give $2,500 level or more each year are offered a book of their choice from a selection of two books written by Sigma Nu alumni authors or a book on ethical leadership
Silver Level: $5,000-$9,999
Benefits at the Member and Bronze levels plus: Black & Gold Society members who give at the $5,000 level or more are invited to Lexington, VA for Black & Gold Weekend, which includes a tour of Sigma Nu Headquarters, Virginia Military Institute and special workshops/seminars by noted Sigma Nu alumni. All meals are provided during the weekend program
Gold Level: $10,000-$24,999.
Benefits at the Member, Bronze and Silver levels plus: Black & Gold Society members at the $10,000 level and above will receive an invitation to attend College of Chapters, our annual leadership conference for Chapter Commanders and meet some of our most impressive collegiate leaders. This will include paid hotel and common meals at College of Chapters
Platinum Level: $25,000+
Benefits at the Member, Bronze, Silver and Gold levels plus: Black & Gold Society members at the $25,000 level and above will be invited to a private luncheon with members of the Sigma Nu Fraternity leadership team at a location of your choice in the United States or invited to Grand Chapter and receive complimentary lodging
How Do I Join?
Make a one gift of $1,000 or more OR a monthly pledge of $84/month or more to become a member of the Black & Gold Society.

*All Black & Gold Society gifts count toward Lifetime Giving Society levels and benefits
*Corporate matching gifts received by June 30, 2023 will apply toward Black & Gold Society membership
*Gifts need to be received by June 30, 2023 (the end of Sigma Nu's fiscal year)
