On the 15th September, members, volunteers and staff from Sight Life are joining one of our corporate partners, Templeton LPA, for a 10 mile walk along the Taff Trail. We would love it if you could sponsor us.

Sight Life provides the essential help, advice and support for anyone with sight loss across South Wales in Cardiff, Swansea and Rhondda Cynon Taf. We have a base in the centre of Cardiff at our activity and resource centre and carry out our work via home-visits, activity and peer support groups in the community and through 1:1 sessions to blind and partially sighted people to improve health and wellbeing and reduce isolation. We provide advice and support to help people exercise, increase confidence and self-esteem, and reduce incidents of falls and accidents. We also help people with sight loss to be digitally included and connected by providing tech support and assessments.
