Story
Every day, families who have received the devastating news that their baby may not survive birth ask us for help. Now we are asking for yours.
Forget Me Not's perinatal service is the only one of its kind in the UK, supporting families from the 20 week pregnancy scan onwards. We also support families whose baby has unexpectedly died just before, during or shortly after birth.
We support around 100 families every year from across West Yorkshire, shaping our pioneering care around each family's individual needs.
Families like Suzanne and Tom's, whose baby Jacob was diagnosed with a complex heart condition during pregnancy. Our perinatal team supported the family from that moment on and helped them take their baby home after he was born, to spend 11 precious days together before he sadly died.

It is only with your help that we can continue to support families experiencing the loss of their baby. Our perinatal service costs £307,000 a year to run and we need to raise every penny of this ourselves - we receive no government or NHS funding.
