On Friday 29th November 2024 we are holding The Big SleepOut and The Virtual Big Sleepout.

The event is being held to both raise awareness of rough sleeping and homelessness within the local area and also raise vital funds to ensure Slough Homeless Our Concern and Trinity Homeless Projects can continue to help and house those that are suffering from homelessness.

The Virtual Big SleepOut is an opportunity to challenge yourself to spend the night sleeping somewhere that is not the comfort of your bed but still at home. You could build a den; pitch a tent in the garden; get a group together and take on the challenge as a team.

It will be running at the same time as The Big SleepOut where people will be joining us and spending the night sleeping outside.

Each and everyday at SHOC we are seeing over 40 people come to us for support and assistance to leave homelessness behind. We work in partnership with many other organisations to ensure people have a route off the streets and into accommodation. Working alongside Trinity Homeless Projects allows us a direct referral route in to local, supported accommodation allowing our guests safe and suitable housing to leave homelessness behind.
