Story

Shine Bright Wear Bright 1st February 7th February 2021

Our very popular dress down day to raise awareness of Childrens Mental Health Awareness Week will return in February 2021 and we need YOUR support now more than ever!

CHUMS Charity has supported children and young people across the county of Bedfordshire for 22 years and, in the last 3 years, our services have become available across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough too. Statistics have shown us that, on average, THREE children in every classroom have a diagnosable mental health disorder but only ONE of them is receiving support. We need your help to improve stats like this one.

This year alone we have supported over 4,838 children and young people across Bedfordshire, Luton, Cambridgeshire and Peterborough and our clinicians have been working tirelessly during the pandemic to support those families who need it most.

Shine Bright Wear Bright is your chance to get loud and bright with clothing, wigs and even glitter! Lets get bright to focus on this important week together.
