Organised by Shine21Whilst we are making a huge difference to the families of Shine21 there is one thing which we are missing a home. A permanent base will increase the support and services we can offer.
Story
Shine21 is a registered charity run by parents of children with Downs Syndrome. We are based in North Yorkshire and can currently offer support for children aged 5 and under.
After forming in 2020 the charity has quickly grown resulting in us having to expand the number of sessions and services which we offer. We offer Speech and Language therapy sessions, Occupational Therapy as well as training and support.
Having our own premises would allow us to increase the services which we can offer.
