Over the 15th-16th April, a team of medical students will be cycling SEA2SEA from the North Sea (Hull) to the Irish Sea (Liverpool), raising money for our chosen charities Wirral Mind and Kind Liverpool. We've chosen to support these charities for the fantastic and inspirational work they do locally in Merseyside. The money donated will be split between the 2 charities to support the work they do.
Wirral Mind support people who are struggling with their mental health and aim to normalise conversations around mental health, tackle stigma and discrimination, raise awareness, promote understanding, and support our community to live mentally healthier lives.
Kind Liverpool work tirelessly to find new ways to help children and families across Liverpool and Merseyside cope with the effects of poverty and disadvantage. They achieve this through educational programmes, a large scale Christmas appeal providing food and gifts for disadvantaged families across the region as well as summer residentials.
Follow along for training updates and information about our wonderful charities!
Any and all donations are gratefully received. Thank you
