Our Research strategy is closely aligned with that of the Sussex Cancer Research Centre (SCRC). The central mission of the Sussex Cancer Research Centre (SCRC) is to produce groundbreaking interdisciplinary research that will enhance cancer treatments and patient outcomes. This mission is realised by combining the exceptional research strengths within Brighton and Sussex Medical School, the Universities of Brighton and Sussex, University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust, and neighbouring hospitals. The SCRC brings together researchers, doctors, nurses, psychologists, professional services, and the community to shape the future of cancer research.
