SCF supports children in their formative years with a particular focus on transition, inclusion and young people who are facing the challenge or poor mental health, social isolation and economic deprivation. Our framework ensures we cross both the education and community environments. Aspects of what we deliver include: mentoring sessions, positive play & therapeutic Intervention, Theme Positive Activity and School Holiday Programmes.

Our Sporting Wishes help to make dreams come true for some of the bravest children who are facing life-threatening illnesses. We are very proud to be able to provide some much needed respite from gruelling treatments and lengthy hospital stays that these children face, whilst also creating lasting memories for the whole family.
