At SC Designs, we are a family business proudly established in 2010.

Alongside growing our business, we have grown a family. Siblings Emilee and Caiden, although still young, are always keen to get involved whenever the opportunity arises.

In 2021, Caiden was diagnosed with Neurofibromatosis Type 1 (NF1), a genetic condition that has brought many challenges for our family over the years, including a 70-week course of chemotherapy.

Throughout countless hospital visits, both as day patients and inpatients, we were continually touched by the incredible work carried out by Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity.

The support provided by the charity helped our family in so many ways during some of our most difficult times.

The care provided at Glasgow’s Royal Hospital for Children is world-leading, and this is enhanced by the invaluable support offered by the Charity team to both staff and families alike.

Caiden continues to attend the hospital regularly for routine tests, scans and check-ups, and we will forever be grateful for the care and support our family has received.

Over the years, we have taken part in various fundraising efforts for Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity, but after experiencing first-hand the impact of their work, our commitment to supporting this incredible cause became even stronger.

That is why SC Designs became a Proud Charity Partner, working closely with the charity team to launch our "Giving Back, Changing Lives" campaign.

In 2025, as we celebrated our 15th year in business, we were overwhelmed by the generosity of our customers, suppliers, staff, friends and local community, raising an incredible £15,000 for Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity.

Now, in the second year of our campaign, we are determined to build on that success. Our ambition is to raise a total of £30,000, helping Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity continue their life-changing work for children and families across Scotland.

Every donation, fundraiser, event and act of support makes a real difference, and we hope you will join us on this journey.
