Our friends over at SWAS Charity have invited us to take part in an awesome challenge called "Outrun an Ambulance!"
It's a virtual event that challenges competitors to conquer the mileage that an emergency ambulance covers in one shift.
Getting involved is as easy as 1-2-3
1) Choose your ambulance

2) Set up your fundraising page
Set up your fundraising page here and let your supporters know which Ambulance you will be trying to outrun.
3) Outrun that Ambulance!
Clock up the miles over the course of March, April and May! You only have to run 1 mile more than the Ambulance you have chosen to complete the challenge.
Do it your way!
If you don't want to run, you can cycle, scooter, hand-cyle or ride anything that is self-propelled in order to Outrun an Ambulance.
