The campaign has now expired but it's not too late to support this charity.
Visit the charity's profileThe UK's only museum dedicated to videogame culture and education is threatened with permanent closure by Coronavirus.
Despite 40,000 visitors in 2019, we have no safety net of funding to ensure our new charity outlasts a prolonged shutdown. We've been ruled out of most government and all arts emergency funds. The UK is in danger of losing this unique venue with nearly 100 playable exhibits, school workshops and family events.
We have no idea when we can re-open our Musuem and so our forthcoming exhibitions, our programmes to train children in the most disadvantaged communities and our huge collection of videogames heritage objects could be closed for good if we don't raise enough funding to outlast a prolonged shutdown.
Please help fund the Museum so it can deliver some of its programmes online, outlast this global pandemic and continue its important cultural and educational work.
Thanks so much for your support and we look forward to welcoming you through our doors when we can safely re-open.
