Story
In 1976, Noah's ark pre-school opened. There is no more idyllic setting than the Village Hall in Cookham Dean, right on the village green which provides a wonderful, clean air, outside space for children.
In the last 2 weeks, a team of parents and staff have come together to raise funds to invest in a modernisation of the service offering Noah's provides in order to appeal to the needs of modern parents.
We plan to lower the age of admission from 2.5 years to 2 years, which is what today's parents need, value, and will pay for.
We also aim to offer an extension of Noah's current hours of coverage, from 08.30 to 13.00 to 08.30 to 15.00. Again, this is a move to cater for today's modern parent's needs.
We have researched what we need to offer, assessed what it will take to deliver and know we can succeed.
HOWEVER, to launch these enhanced services, which will secure Noah's Ark's short term viability and long term continued success, we appeal to everyone's help to raise the calculated necessary capital to make the vision a reality.
Thanks so much.
