We live in a culture which is increasingly visual and yet fewer than 1% of state schools offer Art History qualifications. Each year over 90 state students from across the UK enrol on our hybrid Art History A level and EPQ courses, and join us on term-time Saturdays.
The majority of our students are from under-represented backgrounds and our work plays an important role in offering hard-to-access opportunities to state school students and diversifying the creative industries.
For our students the experience is transformational: many of our alumni are now studying Art History at universities across the UK, including at the Universities of Oxford, Cambridge and the Courtauld Institute of Art. Our alumni are also entering careers in the arts with employment at, for example, Christie's, the National Portrait Gallery and the Royal Collection.
No other charity is doing this vital work.
With your support we can offer our students the support of our subject-expert teaching team, homework clubs, individual Extended Project Qualification mentoring, specialist support and study skill guidance, in addition to careers and university application advice and opportunities, and a wide range of extra-curricular activities.
Please support our mission to transform art history by supporting our students! Each and every donation counts and will be put to very good use.
