Story

As the festive season approaches, our thoughts often turn to the joy of family gatherings, elaborate meals, and thoughtful gifts. However, for many in our community, Christmas can highlight the stark realities of hardship and homelessness. This year, Northampton Hope Centre invites you to participate in our #SaveAPlaceforHope campaign, a heartfelt initiative designed to bridge the gap between those who have and those who have not.

The #SaveAPlaceforHope campaign aims to inspire our community to reflect on the spirit of giving during Christmas. We encourage you to think about your holiday spending—whether it’s on a festive dinner or gifts—and consider donating the equivalent amount to support those facing hardship. Imagine what a difference your generosity could make.

For example, if you plan to spend £50 on a Christmas dinner, could you consider donating that same amount to help provide meals for individuals who might otherwise go hungry? The choices we make this Christmas can create ripples of hope in our community.

This Christmas let’s make a collective effort to ensure that everyone in our community has a place at the table. With your help, we can provide hope, warmth, and love to those who need it most. Join us in making this holiday season a time of generosity and compassion. Together, we can save a place for hope and create a brighter future for all.
