Isha Sanghamitra is a unique opportunity and commitment to become an integral part of Sadhgurus vision to create a more conscious humanity by offering at least one drop of spirituality to every human being on the planet.
Being a Sanghamitra involves making a recurring monthly donation for a period of your choice.

(1) How much can I donate every month?
You can make a recurring monthly donation of £25, £50, £100, £200, £500 or any other amount you wish (or in EUR currency).
Choose 'Gift Aid' option to offer additional 25% donation without any extra cost to you under UK Gift Aid scheme (applicable for UK Tax payers).
(2) How do I make donations?
Donations can be made in GBP or EUR currencies.
Donations can be made online by using debit or credit card, by standing order or paypal account.

(3) How will my donations be utilised?
These funds will be supporting all aspects of the foundation including:
(i) Creating physical infrastructure and consecrated spaces across the world for human inner wellbeing.
(ii) Supporting the sustenance of volunteers who have dedicated their lives towards the various spiritual and social initiatives of Isha.
(iii) Expanding Sadhgurus virtual presence on various digital platforms, beyond language barriers, providing online and offline tools for transformation.
Some needs are so great, and the effort required to fill those needs so small, that we cannot turn away. Each donation, however large or small, can make a difference.
(4) What if I am unable to make my donation for a particular month?
Isha Sanghamitra is a commitment for a stipulated period of your choice. However, in case you are unable to make the donation for a particular month, you can stop donations for all future months through your bank or card provider or paypal account directly. To restart the process, you can sign up for Isha Sanghamitra again.
(5) Is my donation tax deductible?
Donation to Isha Institute of Inner Sciences, UK Charity are tax deductible for UK higher rate tax payer.
For donors based in Europe, please check with your local tax authorities if donations made to UK charity are tax deductible.
(6) I am already an Ishanga 7% partner, can I also become a Sanghamitra?
Yes, you can register for Isha Sanghamitra separately.
(7) What is the difference between Isha Sanghamitra and Ishanga 7%?
Isha Sanghamitra is a beautiful opportunity to support Isha in creating a more conscious world. This involves a recurring monthly donation to support the activities of Isha Foundation, where the amount and duration are left to the discretion of the individual. One can also renew their support once the stipulated time period is over.
Ishanga 7% is a lifelong sacred partnership with Sadhguru. Becoming an Ishanga means that you are willing to regularly contribute 7% or more of your earnings to Isha Foundation. Ishanga 7% partners are initiated into a powerful process by Sadhguru which is to be practiced every day.
(8) Is there a sadhana (spiritual practice) that I can do to enhance my experience of being a Sanghamitra?
You can do the following simple but powerful sadhana:
Light a ghee or sesame oil lamp.
Sit in either Ardha Siddhasana or a cross-legged posture. Place your hands on your thighs with palms facing upward and eyes closed.
Chant "Yoga Yoga Yogeshwaraya" 12 times.
Continue to sit with your eyes closed and face slightly upturned for 5 minutes.
