As part of their Caritas Ambassadors Project, the Year 5 pupils from Sacred Heart Primary School in Teddington have decided to put their 'Love in Action' by raising money for the homeless in London. They have chosen Glass Door Homeless Charity as there are close links with the Teddington community. Please give as generously as you can.

Year 5 pupils have organised a book and toy sale on Wednesday 26th March 2025 and a sponsored walk on Thursday 3rd April 2025 to raise money for Glass Door.

Based in London, Glass Door coordinates the UK's largest network of open-access services for people affected by homelessness. Year-round, people find advice and support to end their homelessness through trained caseworkers based at partnering drop-in centres. During the hard months of winter, Glass Door also provides emergency winter accommodation.

Glass Door's vision is a world where no one has to sleep on the streets of London, and they're working every day to achieve this.
