Ryan and Jamie are taking on their biggest challenge to date running a huge 100k!

They have chosen to run it too raise money for registered local charity Educating Individuals Empowering Families. The money raised will go towards buying resources to run community groups and support sessions.

We rely on grants and donations to be able to implement these groups and your donations mean that local families can attend and enjoy our varied sessions.

£5 means a young person can attend 'Dancing With A Difference' our dance group for disabled people. Providing those with even the most complex of needs a safe and inclusive space.

£10 gives someone an opportunity to attend 'BoXed' a wellbeing boxing session that gets young people off the street and thrown into fitness. This popular session also provides support to parents and carers in how to manage challenging behaviours.

£20 allows a family to attend a drop in session where the children and young people can participate in wellbeing activities and the parents and carers have a safe space to access support.

£30 provides resources for our 6 week wellbeing workshop as well as a tailor made workbook to compliment the sessions.
