We’re challenging you to fundraise and run 30, 60 or 90 miles in 30 days for Shout. To get started:
- Pick a date to start your 30 day challenge.
- Invite friends, family and colleagues to join you.
- Click 'start fundraising' to set up your fundraising page.
- Download our FREE digital fundraising pack!
- Join a community of fundraisers and share your progress on our Shout Fundraising and Events Facebook group.

About Shout:
By taking part in this challenge, you’re helping to raise money for Shout, our life-saving text support service. Every 60 seconds, someone reaches out to us for support with a mental health crisis and has a conversation with us that could save their life. If you raise £250, you can cover the cost of training a Shout Volunteer to take 200 hours of conversations!
