Himmah is thrilled to be an official partner of the annual Robin Hood Half Marathon in Nottingham on September 29, 2024! Last year (2023), we distributed over 15,000 food parcels to local families in need. With demand only rising the need for our food aid keeps on climbing to new record highs. As a local charity dedicated to tackling poverty, we're asking our supporters to join us in this meaningful fundraising challenge. And to make training for the big race even more special, Himmah employees who are also running the half marathon will be leading group training sessions to prepare together.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or brand new to the sport, we'd love for you to take on the 13.1 mile course and raise vital funds to support Himmah's impactful programs and services. Every pound donated will go towards supporting Nottingham's largest independent food bank. All participants will receive Himmah-branded merchandise to wear with pride on race day. But more importantly, you'll be making a tangible difference in the lives of your fellow community members.
