The Italian Phenomenon Run 5.30 returns to Brighton for its third year in a row.
They say the early bird catches the worm, so start your day with a fun run around the city streets of Brighton on Friday 19 July.
Rockinghorse is the beneficiary charity of the early morning run, which will see hundreds of people taking to the streets of Brighton whilst the rest of the city sleeps.
Run 5.30 made its UK debut in 2017 and has since gone from strength to strength. The event was founded in Italy 10 years ago by Sergio Bezzanti with the aim to promote a positive lifestyle, centred on daily activity and healthy eating.
This year looks set to be the biggest Run 5.30 event yet, with over 700 people already having signed up for the challenge. So why not join them for a fantastic 5.3km run at 5.30am visit www.run530.com to register!
All funds raised will be going to Chalkhill Child and Adolescent Mental Health Unit to support young people with mental health illnesses.
