Every Step Counts!
The #Run1000 2024 challenge calls on people throughout the month of January to take time for themselves during the month and go out for a walk or a run, with the encouragement of our community, while sharing the social and mental health benefits of exercising.
Run1000 returns for its fourth year of running or walking from the 1st until the 31st of January, encouraging others to take some time out of their busy lives and stretch their legs.
The initiative first and foremost has been about the positive impacts exercise can have on your well-being. We want to get people out walking and running in January, then to share those experiences with others through social media channels and on the Strava group.
