Story
Royal Enfield has joined forces with CALM to open up awareness and conversations around mental health. Together we can make sure more people who are struggling know that there's always someone there for them. No matter what.
Last year, CALM's helpline staff spoke to someone who was struggling every 66 seconds.
Most importantly we directly prevented 564 suicides in 2020. We're needed now more than ever.
Every week 125 people in the UK take their own lives. And 75% of all UK suicides are male.
CALM exists to change this. Through frontline services, national campaigns, and by building communities, we're there for everyone who's struggling with life.
Your support will enable us to save lives. This is how:
> We run a free helpline 0800 58 58 58 and webchat (5pm-12am daily) for anyone who needs to talk about life's problems. The service is confidential, anonymous and staffed by trained professionals.
> We provide bereavement support through the Support After Suicide Partnership.
> www.theCALMzone.net is CALM's website. It hosts inspiring content alongside information and support to provide help for people that need it.
> We run successful campaigns tackling stereotypes of masculinity, suicide and mental health, including #Project84
We're a movement of thousands of people and were growing every day. All with one goal: a life less miserable for you, your friends, your family and for everyone. One where people reject living miserably, get help when they need it and dont die by suicide.
Every pound donated will help make a difference.
