Visit the charity's profileThe Rotary Club of Ashby Castle is going to produce and stream the Ashby Santa Family Fun Workout in place of the traditional Ashby Santa Fun Run and Walk which has been cancelled this year due to Covid-19 restrictions.
This will be a 'Joe Wicks' style exercise session very much Christmas themed and aimed at the whole family who will be encouraged to join in wearing Santa suits or fancy dress but safe in their own homes or gardens.
This will last about 20 minutes and the event will be screened on YouTube and accessible via the Club's website and Facebook pages. The event will be released and streamed at 11.00 on Sunday 20 December and to view afterwards via various social media channels.
In return those joining in the exercises and other members of the public will be able to donate which will go to local charities, primarily to the Ashby Foodbank.
