Story

Four out of ten children diagnosed with rhabdomyosarcoma do not survive for more than ten years.

Rhabdomyosarcoma is a type of soft tissue sarcoma that originates in the muscles. The causes are currently unknown but research is continuing all of the time.

CCLG's Rhabdomyosarcoma Research Fund supports pioneering research into this aggressive childhood cancer. We want to change the future of rhabdomyosarcoma, learning more about its causes and finding better, kinder treatments.

When you make a donation or raise funds for the Rhabdomyosarcoma Research Fund, 100% of your donation supports research into rhabdomyosarcoma and other soft tissue sarcomas of childhood.

Our Research Funds are part of our exciting plans to fund and support pioneering research into cancers affecting children, teenagers and young adults. You can find out more about the research we fund on our website.
