Story

The Event!

WDG is organising our second year Remembrance Day March.

We are walking up the Pen y Fan (in Wales) now famous within the Special Forces Community for its test march on week two.

We will be doing this to commemorate remembrance and hold a two minute silence (a military tradition) at the top.

We will be doing this on Sunday 13th, on remembrance day.

Rules:

We are requiring a minimum individual charity fundraiser of £500 with the goal of £1000 each. Set your own page up or donate direct to our page.

Every single penny goes direct to the four charities. No costs our taken away from WhoDaresGyms.

Email: Corporate@whodaresgyms.com (Name, Age, Sex, location) after donating.

We will be in contact

Why?

To raise awareness and money for Rock2Recovery, The Dorset Children's Foundation, REORG, and MYTIME Young Carers. All money will be going directly to these four charities!

Rock2Recovery: "Our mission is to save and change the lives of those in our Armed Forces, our Veteran Community, the Emergency Services and their families who are affected by stress. Our purpose is to inspire and coach towards a more positive future."

The Dorset Children's Foundation: "The Dorset Childrens Foundation is an independent local charity dedicated to improving the lives of children with disabilities living within our community."

MYTIME Young Carers: "With an educational approach driven by charitable action, our mission is to level the playing field for young carers by providing them with the support, friendship and opportunities that every child deserves."

REORG: "We teach the art of Brazilian jiu-jitsu to those who have serious, life-altering injuries, or who are suffering from PTSD and depression."

The Mission:

To arrive at the top of Peny 'Y Fan at 11am precisely (no fail mission).

Take a 2 minute silence at the top.

A walk down.

For those that stay, we will be carrying on to do the full UK SF march.

Some Who Dares Gyms staff will be carrying FULL weight bergans in preparation for their military training.
