Organised by RefugeTeam Refuge will be taking on TrekHER50 to raise funds for the UK's leading charity for survivors of domestic, sexual and gender-based abuse.

Welcome to the 2022 TrekHER50 challenge in aid of Refuge. In October 2022, 25 trekHERs will set off through the Himalayas to raise funds and awareness for Refuge - the UK's leading provider of specialist services of domestic, sexual and gender-based abuse.
Between them, our trekHERs are aiming to raise a whopping £50,000, so all support is greatly appreciated.
Refuge is the UKs largest single provider of specialist domestic abuse services, On any given day Refuge supports more than 7,00 women, children and men, helping them rebuild their lives.
