Welcome to the London Marathon class of 2019! This is the start of an exciting adventure to complete 26.2 miles and raise £75,000. And you could not be supporting a better team!

At Refuge, we believe that no-one should have to live in fear of violence and abuse. On any given day Refuge supports more than 6,000 clients, helping them rebuild their lives and overcome many different forms of violence and abuse; for example domestic violence, sexual violence, so-called honour-based violence, human trafficking and modern slavery, and female genital mutilation.

So what does your donation mean to us at Refuge?

£10 could pay for a childs school pack

A school uniform for their new school will help children to fit in and stop them feeling lonely. Your donation could help us to provide a school pack for these children.

£35 could pay for a childrens fun day

At our refuges we hold fun days of activities for children, helping them to play in a safe and happy environment. Your donation could give them a great day out and let them be children again.

£75 could pay for a local support group

We hold support sessions for women who are still living with domestic violence and want to find out their options. Drop-in sessions provide an important way to reach women in the community.
