The Isle of Wight provides a key stronghold for Red Squirrels - the only squirrel native to the British Isles.

With their already small mainland numbers dwindling it is crucial that we all pull together to support their well-being.

It is key for us to foster an environment in which their numbers can increase in a healthy and organic way, ensuring that they are happy, supported and protected both in the wild and when visiting the private gardens that are lucky enough to receive them.
