Story
After the huge success last year, Tyneside and Northumberland Mind are partnering RED January again this year, helping motivate people to get active every day in January to support their mental health.
If you decide you want to fundraise for Tyneside and Northumberland Mind this RED January, the proceeds raised will directly impact your local community, whilst giving you the opportunity to build a network of REDers nearby.
RED January is now more inclusive than ever, focusing on getting active, your way. Whether that's running 1 or 5K, walking to work a new way, learning new dance steps, taking a morning swim or just taking a bike for a spin - the choice is yours.

Tyneside and Northumberland Mind provide local mental health services and support to anyone in our region who is struggling with mental health problems.
We rely on the support of local fundraisers and donors to provide counselling, mental health wellbeing and peer support groups, mental health awareness training and support services throughout our region.
1 in 4 people in our region will struggle with a mental health problem and we are here to ensure no one has to deal with this alone. We can only do this because of your support and donations, we thank you.
