With 4.2 million surgical operations carried out every year in England alone, our aim to maintain and advance surgical standards in patient care has never been so important. We are a registered charity, independent of the NHS. The College safeguards experience, treatment and outcomes of the UK's surgical patients through the ongoing state of the art training of our surgeons and pioneering research. We need your help for this work to continue and flourish.
