Visit the charity's profileRaspberry Day is an annual awarness day started by Uk charity The Cavernoma Society. It aims to raise awarenss of the rare neurological condition cavernoma - a lesion that typically appears on the brain or spine and is made up of a cluster of abnormal blood vessels. 1 in 600 people have a cavernoma in the UK. The condition affects people of all ages (even children), can be genetic, and can cause strokes, seizurez, or other neurological deficits. The charity uses the funds raised to support members, their carers, and their families, through events, retreats, meet-ups, zoom classes, yoga, meditation, counselling, benefits support, and information.
