URGENT APPEAL FOR HELP IN THIS TIME OF CRISIS
As the country struggles with the Coronavirus pandemic, we at Mary Ann Evans Hospice and South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT) immediately expanded our Rapid Response End of Life Care Service to ensure those living with life-limiting illnesses would receive critical support throughout this dark time.
Our wonderful team of nurses are now available day and night across all of northern Warwickshire - twenty-four hour end of life community care for the most vulnerable.
We desperately need funding
Our normal fundraising operations have been decimated due to the outbreak and we desperately need help. Our target for this year is £100,000, and it is now even more critical we hit this to ensure our services continue to deliver greatly needed support.
Help your local hospice look after the most vulnerable
We have just launched our Sponsor a Nurse scheme, honouring our incredible team and letting you personally thank individuals by becoming a sponsor for £99 a year.
But we are also incredibly grateful for donations at any level.
£5 buys a pair of gloves to help keep our nurses and our patients safe.
£10 buys a roll of disposable aprons that would see one of nurses make 100 visits.
25 buys 50 face masks to make sure that our staff avoid contracting Covid-19.
£50 buys sufficient hand sanitizer so that our staff can disinfect when they return from patient visits.
For every single person who donates, well add their name to a brick in our digital wall of hope, and share on Facebook each week so you can see what we build together.
We are also running short on supplies of nitrate disposable gloves (all sizes), disposable aprons, and face masks.
If you are at home and of a creative nature, we also always need craft items to sell at our annual summer garden party to help raise funds for all of our services please.
And if you cant give, even sharing our campaign on your Facebook page will help raise awareness.

So please. Help us keep helping the people you love. And spare what you can.
