The Ramadan 2.6 Challenge
Set up a fundraiser to get family, friends and more to sponsor you doing 26 or 2.6 of anything you like!
On the 26th of Ramadan, 2.6miles, 26 times or for 26 minutes. Its completely up to you! Dare to Save Lives whilst you take on this challenge virtually to help save lives this Ramadan .
What is the 2.6 Challenge?
Thousands of fundraising events across the UK have been cancelled or postponed because of the Coronavirus, including the London Marathon which was due to take place next Sunday 26 April.
This has always been an incredible day, full of joy, celebrations and unity. The organisers of the biggest sports events across the country have come together to keep the spirit of the London Marathon alive, with a new campaign to raise vital funds for charities. We would love you to be part of it with Islamic Relief!
The 2.6 challenge is for all ages and abilities. All you need to do is think of an activity based around the numbers 2.6 or 26.
You could run 2.6 miles (keeping 2m from others!). Do 26 chin ups. Or do a 26-hour gaming marathon whatever youre interested in and works best for you, you do it!
Just ask your friends and family to sponsor you, and take part on the 26th of Ramadan.
