In the heart of rural Pakistan & AJK, where the sun sets gently over fields of wheat and the call to prayer fills the air, lies a community in need. This Ramadan, you have the opportunity to be a beacon of hope for these families.
Meet A*****, a widow with four young children. Since her husband's passing, she has struggled to make ends meet. This Ramadan, your donation can provide Aisha and her children with a month's ration of food, ensuring they have a nutritious Iftar every evening.
Imagine the joy on Ali's face, a young boy who lost his parents to illness. Your generosity can give Ali and others like him a sense of belonging and care during this blessed month.
The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said, “Whoever provides iftar for a fasting person in it (Ramadan), then that shall be forgiveness for his (the feeder’s) [minor] sins and freedom from the fire. And for such a feeder shall be the same reward as the one who fasted (whom he fed) without that person’s reward being decreased in the least.” (Ibn Khuzaimah)
Target: 300 Families
Objectives of the Ramadan Feeding Program
To provide food support to 300 widows and destitute fasting families during the Holy Month of Ramadan to facilitate nutritious Iftar.
Donation Types:
Food Package: Provides a month's ration for a family of 5 - £30
Community Iftar: One-time iftar for 60+ people - £60
Fidya Donation: £120 - for those unable to fast for a legitimate reason, to be used in monthly rations or community Iftar programs.
With your help, Iqbal and Sons Bereavement Service aims to feed 300 families in need. Through our Food Package donation, you can provide a month's ration for a family of five, ensuring they have flour, rice, sugar, cooking oil, spices, dates, daals, tea, and more.
You can also support our Community Iftar program, where we provide a hearty meal for over 60 people in need.
Your donation will not only fill stomachs but also hearts with gratitude. As the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said, "Whoever feeds a fasting person will have his sins forgiven, will be saved from hellfire, and will have the same reward as the fasting person without diminishing the reward of the fasting person in the slightest."
