Story

The reformed Yorkshire Group of the Haemophilia Society have launched the Race Around the World. Patients, parents, carers and families as well as Health Care Professionals are hoping to Race Around the World. The event is open to all you dont need to have a bleeding disorder to take part.

This is a great way to safely increase our personal activity levels and fitness whilst raising money and raising awareness of Bleeding Disorders.

We are planning to run / walk / cycle /exercise the distance of the world approx. 24000 miles!!!! All before World Haemophilia Day on the 17th April 2021.

To add an edge to competition, all participants / families will be allocated a group: White / Purple / Red. The groups will then compete against each other in the Race Around the World.

Monies raised will go towards a portable USS machine and also future events hosted by the local group.
